How do I initiate a return?▼
Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the order you wish to return and follow the return instructions. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email once your return is approved.
How long does it take to process a refund?▼
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the credit.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?▼
Yes! We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Simply initiate a return and select "exchange" as your reason. We'll send you a replacement item once we receive your original item.
