📍 How do I track my order?

Tracking is super easy! Here's how:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (FREE over $50, otherwise $7.99)
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days to prepare your order
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 7:30 PM EST ship out the same day!

Tracking not updating? Sometimes carriers take a day or two to scan packages. If your order shows "In Transit" for more than 7 days, just reach out and we'll look into it for you.

🛑 Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we can't guarantee it can be cancelled. We ship out a high volume of orders daily and work to get everything packed and dispatched super quickly!

You're more than welcome to return your order once it arrives. Just use our Return Portal to start the process.

😅 I ordered the wrong item, can this be changed?

Unfortunately, once an order is finalized, we can't make changes or swaps. Our fulfillment team moves fast to get your order out the door!

No worries though—you can return it once it arrives and place a new order for what you actually want. It's quick and easy through our Return Portal.

📍 Can I change my shipping address?

If you entered the wrong address, reach out to us ASAP at our contact page.

We can't guarantee changes since we work lightning-fast to ship orders, but we'll do our absolute best to help. You may also be able to contact the courier directly before delivery to request updates.

First, check your spam or junk folder—sometimes our emails end up there!

If you think you entered the wrong email address at checkout, just contact our customer care team at our contact page and we'll update it and resend your confirmation.

🚚 When will my order be shipped?

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 7:30 PM EST ship out the same day!

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow along as it makes its way to you.

📬 When will I receive my tracking details?

You'll get your tracking number via email as soon as your order ships—usually within 1–3 business days of placing your order.

✅ My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package.

This can be frustrating! Here's what to do:

  • Check around your property—sometimes carriers leave packages in safe spots
  • Ask neighbors or building management if they received it
  • Wait 24 hours—sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery

If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us at our contact page and we'll help sort it out.

📦 I'm missing items from my order.

↩️ What does "Return to Sender" mean?

"Return to Sender" means the courier couldn't deliver your package and sent it back to us. This usually happens due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or the package being unclaimed.

If this happens, reach out to us at our contact page so we can sort out what went wrong and get your order back to you.

💰 Will I be charged duties and taxes?

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

We have no control over these fees, but we'll always mark packages accurately to help minimize any surprise charges.

🔄 What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return items—plenty of time to decide!

Return Shipping: Just $6.99 for US returns (or free if you added Return & Exchange Insurance at checkout).

International Returns: You'll cover return postage costs.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
  • Custom or personalized items can't be returned
  • Sale items are final sale
  • Damaged or defective? Let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right

Unfortunately, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We price our sale items to move, so all sales are final. Make sure you love it before you buy it!

💸 How do refunds work?

All returns are processed as store credit gift cards—so you can shop for something you'll love even more!

Once we receive and process your return, we'll email your gift card within 2–3 business days.

Your gift card never expires and can be used on any future order. Easy!

You can track your return using the tracking number provided when you shipped it back to us.

📦 Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?

Absolutely! You can combine multiple returns into one package to save on shipping costs.

Just make sure to include the return slip for each order so we can process everything correctly.

🏷️ Why didn't I receive a return shipping label?

Return labels are generated through our Return Portal when you initiate your return.

Simply start the return process online, and you'll receive your label via email. If you're having trouble, reach out to us at our contact page.

📄 I didn't receive a return slip, where can I find one?

No worries! You can print your return slip when you create your return through our Return Portal.

If you can't print one, just write your order number clearly on a piece of paper and include it with your return—we'll take care of the rest!

📦 What do I return my items in?

You can use the original packaging if you still have it, or any secure box or mailer that will protect the items during transit.

Just make sure everything is packed safely and include your return slip with your order number!

🎁 Do I have to return the gift with purchase?

If you received a gift with purchase and you're returning the items you bought, yes—please include the gift in your return.

Promotional gifts are tied to your order, so we'll need those back to process your return properly.
