How do I track my order?

Tracking is easy:

  1. Check your shipping email for your tracking link
  2. Visit our Order Tracking page
  3. Log into your account to view order history anytime
Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are not guaranteed because we begin processing quickly after checkout. If an order is canceled for any reason before shipment, it will be issued as store credit only.

If your order has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives using our Return Portal.

I ordered the wrong item. Can it be changed?

Once an order is placed, we usually can’t edit items, sizes, or colors because fulfillment starts fast.

If it already shipped, return it and place a new order for the correct item using our Return Portal.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us immediately at our contact page.

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. If it has shipped, you may be able to request changes directly with the carrier.

I didn’t receive a confirmation or tracking email.

First, check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping


How long does shipping take?
  • Standard Shipping: typically 5–10 business days after processing (FREE over $50, otherwise $7.99)
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days to prepare your order
  • Same-Day Dispatch: orders placed before 7:30 PM EST may ship out the same day

Tracking not updating? Carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to scan packages after pickup.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 7:30 PM EST may ship the same day.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow along.

Tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my package.

Try this first:

  • Check around your property (mailroom, side door, porch, etc.)
  • Ask neighbors or building management
  • Wait 24 hours (some carriers mark delivered before final drop-off)

If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us: our contact page.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country.

These charges are set by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds


What’s your return policy?

Return window: returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Refund type: refunds are issued as store credit via gift card.

US label fee: $6.99 if Return & Exchange Insurance was not purchased at checkout.

International returns: customer covers return shipping.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
  • Sale items are final sale (not eligible for return)
  • Customized/personalized items are not eligible for return
  • Damaged/defective items: contact us within 14 days of delivery

How do refunds work?

Approved returns are refunded as store credit gift cards.

Once your return is received and processed, your gift card is emailed within 2–3 business days.

Gift cards never expire.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

Return your item for store credit, then place a new order for what you want.

Is my payment information safe?

Checkout is encrypted and processed securely.

We do not store your full card details.

How do I apply store credit or a promo code?

At checkout, enter your code in the “Gift card or discount code” box and click Apply.

Make sure it appears in your total before completing your order.
