Fit and sizing
Fitted through the yoke and waist, then loose and swingy through the tiers. Take your usual size in S through XL and size by your waist, since that is the only fitted part. The tiers add volume without adding length, so this sits shorter than it looks on the hanger.
How to wear it
A tucked-in crop top keeps the waist defined. A white blouse and flats softens it, and a leather jacket with ankle boots sharpens it.
