Shipping & Delivery
Every order ships without receipts or pricing — perfect for gifts and resale.
U.S. Shipping
Processing & Delivery
International Shipping
Free shipping to Canada and Australia on orders $50+ (rates in local currency at checkout for orders under $50). All other destinations ship at a flat international rate, calculated at checkout — delivery time varies by destination.
Customs, duties, or import fees your country charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.
Cancellations & Returns
We start prepping orders fast, so we can't guarantee a cancellation once it's placed. Canceled before it ships? You'll get store credit for the full amount.
Once it ships, it can't be canceled — but eligible items can be returned after delivery through our Return Portal.
Track your order
You'll get tracking info by email once it ships.
Returns & Store Credit
Returns & Store Credit
Easy returns — store credit only
Approved returns are issued as store credit (gift card). We do not refund to your original payment method.
Return coverage
Add return protection at checkout to waive the U.S. return label fee on eligible items.
Return window
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Processing
Store credit is emailed within 2–3 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return label fee
U.S. returns: $7.99 unless return protection was purchased at checkout.
Reorder instead of exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return for store credit, then place a new order.
