- For Canada and US orders, your order may be split if dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart.

Exchanges:

If you choose to ship the items back to us independently, you won't incur a shipping label fee. However, for orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we don't guarantee receipt of your returned item if you opt for your own shipping method, purchasing a shipping label can provide added security.
