Eligibility

Returns accepted

  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags/packaging where applicable.
  • Damaged items can be returned (please contact us first so we can help fast).

Not eligible

  • Sale / final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Customized items are not eligible for return.

Restocking fee: No restocking fee unless the item is returned worn.

Refund method

All approved returns are issued as store credit only (gift card).

Store credit is emailed to the email address used at checkout within 2–3 business days after your return is received and approved.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, return the item for store credit and place a new order.

Shipping costs

U.S. returns: $6.99 label fee (waived if return protection was purchased).

International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to return

  1. Start your return online.
  2. Follow the prompts to generate your return label (U.S. orders).
  3. Pack your item securely and attach the label.
  4. Drop off with the carrier shown on your label.
