Receive your postage label
Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label is sent to your email or shown in your account.

Pack and drop off
Print the label, pack your item with tags attached, and drop it at the carrier on your label.
- Returns within 30 days of delivery
- Approved returns are issued as store credit (gift card) only
- U.S. return label fee: $7.99 (waived with return protection, or if we sent the wrong item)
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with tags attached
- Sale, final sale, and personalized items are not eligible for return
Wrong or damaged item
If you received the wrong item, start a return in your customer account and note it on the return form. No need to email us first — that slows things down.
We’ll inspect the return. If we sent the wrong item, we waive the return label fee.
Store credit
All approved returns convert to a Mabel Love Co e-gift card issued in USD. Gift cards never expire. International shoppers see the value converted automatically at checkout.
Please check your inbox, including your junk or spam folder, for emails from support@mabelloveco.com containing your e-gift card.
Return shipping
U.S. returns use a prepaid label with a $7.99 fee, unless return protection was purchased at checkout.
If we sent the wrong item, start a return on the form and note it there. After inspection, that label fee is waived.
Eligibility
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale, final sale, and personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not reserve inventory for exchanges. Return the item, wait for your gift card, and place a new order in any size or style that is currently available.
