Return Policy

• 30-Day Returns: You can return your order within 30 days from the date you received it.
• Condition Requirements: Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original condition. Please note, sale items are not eligible for return.
• Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This is a made to order item. If the items is damages please contact us at babes@mabelloveco.com

Return Postage

• Domestic Returns: For returns within the United States, a $6 return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.
• International Returns: International customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Refund Method: We provide refunds as store credit via a gift card, which does not expire. Please note, refunds are not issued to your credit card.
• Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is charged.

Additional Information

• Shipping for Exchanges: The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary by location. We allow up to 30 days from when the package was received for exchanges.
• Self-Ship Returns: If you choose to ship returns yourself for orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without this.
