After your order is placed there is a processing time of 3-5 business days. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. SHIPMENT TRACKING DOESNT SHOW MOVEMENT?
Occasionally, there may be a delay in our delivery partners scanning and tracking packages, which can create the appearance of a lack of movement for several days. Rest assured, in most cases, the package is still in transit, and the situation typically resolves itself within a few days.
If, however, you notice no movement within 5 business days of the expected estimated delivery date, we kindly encourage you to reach out to our dedicated customer experience team. WHEN WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
We're delighted to inform you that tracking information for your order will be accessible within 1-3 days. As soon as your orders are dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipping confirmation along with the tracking number.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was received.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
We will provide a Return slip once you have started your return process here. You will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We do up to 30 days from when package was received.
If you are shipping the items on your own you will not be deducted the shipping label fee and we suggest over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?
We use a sizing tool on product pages to provide a confident recommendation based on what similar shoppers have bought and kept.
We also provide a standard size chart as a measurement guide and international size conversion for our gals to see what size suits you best. Each product also includes a detailed description about the garment plus fit/style suggestions.
