Domestic Shipping:

• Standard: Free for all US orders, arrives in 5-7 business days (no signature required)
• Express: $29.99, arrives in 2-3 business days (no signature required)

International Shipping: Arrives in 10 business days. Cost varies by area. Use the shipping calculator at checkout for details.

• Orders must be placed by 10:00 am PST to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time ship the next business day.
• For Canada and US orders, your order may be split if dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart.
• We ship worldwide.

Easy Returns - Self Service

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Postage:

When initiating your return process, we'll provide you with a Return slip. Start your return process here.

• United States: A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• International: You are responsible for covering the entire return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

• A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns.
• Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.
• Please note that the availability of items for exchange is not guaranteed. You'll receive a store credit gift card for the refunded amount, which never expires. We do not offer refunds directly to your credit card, and there's no restocking fee.

Exchanges:

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We allow up to 30 days from the date the package was received to initiate an exchange.

Shipping Your Own Items:

If you choose to ship the items back to us independently, you won't incur a shipping label fee. However, for orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we don't guarantee receipt of your returned item if you opt for your own shipping method, purchasing a shipping label can provide added security.
