- Please note that the availability of items for exchange is not guaranteed. You'll receive a store credit gift card for the refunded amount, which never expires. We do not offer refunds directly to your credit card, and there's no restocking fee.
Exchanges:
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We allow up to 30 days from the date the package was received to initiate an exchange.
Shipping Your Own Items:
If you choose to ship the items back to us independently, you won't incur a shipping label fee. However, for orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
